HE STATED, YOU COULD ORGANIZE A GROUP TO CLEAN THE AREA. I WAS SURPRISED ABOUT THAT. THESE ARE SOME OF THE ITEMS THAT I HAVE SEEN OUT THERE ON PRETLOW ROAD AND SOUTH KING ROAD. THE TOTAL ALLOCATION JUST FOR SO3 FOR SOUTHAMPTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS IS $4,423,480.07. TODAY, THE DIVISION HAS RECEIVED A LITTLE OVER $1 MILLION. [00:35:03] BASICALLY THEY HAVE TO SPEND IT ACCORDING TO WHAT THEY COULD SPEND IT ON AND THEN GET REIMBURSED. WE CANNOT FIND ANY OFFICIAL NOTICE I MENTIONED OF THE MATTER IN OUR TOWN READINGS OR CORRESPONDENCE RECORDS THAT STATED OUR COUNCIL AGREES TO NOT RECEIVING SUPPLEMENTAL TAX, REVENUE INFORMATION. A DECISION SUCH AS THIS WOULD HAVE REQUIRED A RESOLUTION ON MOTION BY THE TOWN COUNCIL, WHICH WOULD BE DOCUMENTED AND EASY TO FIND.
