STEVENSON SAID THAT APPLICANT HAD A VERY THOROUGH APPLICATION OF DRAWINGS OF THE SETUP OF OR THE CARS WOULD PARK, AND WHERE THEY'RE SHOOTING WOULD TAKE PLACE AND EVERYTHING.
THE MOTION WAS MADE TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL, AND IT WAS SIX POSITIVE VOTES AND TWO NEGATIVE VOTES, SO IT CAME TO YOU WITH A RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL.
